Good Game is an esports charity event dedicated to combating digital inequality, or the lack of access to the internet and technology. By harnessing the power of streaming, we will use platforms like Twitch and YouTube to bring awareness to those in underserved communities.

  • With more people gaining access to the internet, the esports and online gaming community will continue to grow!

    The most popular competitive esports titles are free-to-play. Esports content is also a free-to-watch source of entertainment. A laptop and internet access are all anyone would need to be part of the esports community.

Typeface | Monoton

“Good Game” or “GG” is a term used after playing against someone to show respect; the virtual equivalent of shaking hands. Directly referencing this popularized gaming term gives the brand a strong appeal to the community.

The crown jewel of the Good Game brand identity echoes simple human nature: to meet a smile with a smile. Implementing an aspect of human body language evokes a joyful response to the brand.

Inspired by the arcade gaming culture of the 80s, the true RGB references the colors of screen pixels. These colors contrast heavily and create a vibrating effect with the parallel lines of the Monoton typeface. The stacked parallel lines of the full color logo cause the eyes to blend them.
